A way to collect documents from the people you work with. You send one link, they add files, and only your team can open them.
Which industries is it for?
Any team that collects documents from people outside it. Finance and accounting, legal, real estate, insurance, HR and education are the ones we design for first.
How long does setup take?
About three minutes: create an account, set a passphrase, save your recovery key and turn on two-step sign-in.
Does this replace my portal?
It doesn't have to. Use it for the one job portals are bad at: getting documents in from the people you work with.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, add their files and send. There is nothing to install.
What does my client see?
Your organization's name, what you asked for, and a button to add files. When the upload finishes they see that it arrived.
Can they use a phone?
Yes. They can take photos with the camera or choose files, from any phone or laptop.
What if the link has expired?
They see that it expired and are told to ask you for a new link. Nothing they add after the expiry is uploaded.
Can gotin read the files?
No. Files are encrypted on your client's device for your team's key. We store sealed copies we can't open.
What can your server see?
The sealed file, its rounded size, how many files are in a request, upload and download times, the expiry date and your account email. The full list is on the security page.
What encryption does it use?
X-Wing (ML-KEM-768 with X25519) to agree keys, XChaCha20-Poly1305 for the files, and Argon2id for your passphrase.
Has it been audited?
Not yet. The security page will link the audit report when there is one.
What if I forget my passphrase?
Your recovery key gets you back in. If you lose both, nobody can open your files, including us.
How much does it cost?
Team is $29 a month with 5 people. Business is $79 a month with 10 people and is planned for after opening. Extra people are $8 each, and paying yearly gives two months free. Your clients never pay.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up starts at once. Moving down starts at the end of the period you paid for.
When does it open?
January 2027. Until then the home page runs a demo with sample files, and nothing you add there is uploaded.
